We offer 2-7 days Shipping, this does not include your processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. Any large orders that exceeds our shipping standards will be processed and paid through paypal, you will receive an email invoice to complete the payment of your order, remember the sooner your payment is made, the faster your order will clear and ship. Please contact the united states postal services for lost or stolen packages. We do NOT ship candy apples.

Refunds and Returns:
Sorry we do not offer refunds, you may return an item for an exchange only, any returned items must be paid by you the customer, any damaged items that are proven to be our responsibility will be shipped at no cost to you. All out of stock products can and will be substituted for any item at an equal value. We will only accept damaged returns that is in it's original unopened packaging, We reserve the right to refuse any returned items or orders that does not meet our terms & agreements. All ordered items are securely packed and inspected before leaving our facilities. Please notify us immediately of any damaged orders.
